Art vs. Stress
Even in a short time engagement with clay, paint, crayons and pencils can be a great stress reliever. In the hustle bustle of everyday routine and the time spent in front of the screen leaves us with no time for our real self.

The relaxation that comes from the creative process (applying paint on canvas or doing pottery) can get us out of the vicious trap.

Painting beautiful fresh colors or playing with the squishy clay is nothing but a brief vacation from a lot of workload (STRESS).

Stress entraps mind body and soul, diminishing the spirits of an individual. Most of the outdoor and physical exercises help relax the muscles, to an extent brain and exhausts the energies. Nothing is being used to trigger the creative aspect of the brain, which is almost half the size of the brain.

Engaging in creative processes helps trigger the creative part of the brain whereby it helps in reducing stress on the mind. From our schooling days, we have been taught art to improve hand an eye coordination which helps us to SEEVISUALISEDETERMINE and REPRODUCE with logical measurements hence engaging the MIND and the BODY in the singular process.
